About Us

Our Legacy

Family-owned story

At the heart of our business is a simple belief: strong values build strong relationships. As a family-owned company, we have grown not just through hard work, but through a shared commitment to trust, integrity, and personal connection. What started as a small venture has evolved over the years into a reliable and respected name, guided by generations of experience and dedication.

From day one, our focus has been on delivering quality and consistency in everything we do. Being family-owned means we take every decision personally—because our name is attached to our work. We understand the importance of reliability, and we strive to treat every client, partner, and project with the same care and respect we would within our own family.

Over the years, we have combined traditional values with modern innovation to stay ahead in a changing world. While our methods and technologies continue to evolve, our core principles remain the same: honesty, accountability, and a genuine commitment to excellence. These values have helped us build lasting relationships and earn the trust of those we serve.

Journey

Our History

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission—to help children find their voice, build confidence, and reach their full potential through compassionate, high-quality care. What started as a small, family-driven initiative has grown into a trusted provider of pediatric speech and occupational therapy services, supporting children and families at every stage of development.

In the early days, our focus was on creating a warm and supportive environment where children felt safe to learn, express themselves, and grow. We recognized that every child is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and pace of progress. This understanding became the foundation of our approach—personalized therapy plans designed to meet each child’s individual needs.

Who We are

Meet the founder and the team

Founder, Katie Mulhollen, believes we have to look at the whole person to help them unlock their skills and that every person has the potential to live a fulfilling life of value and purpose.  As a parent with a child who spent years in extensive physical and occupational therapy and as a speech-language pathologist, she personally understands the difficulties and hardships families face in getting the services they need.
